"Bringing a new product category to market that required our own manufacturing and consumer education.  But it’s been a great education."

Jeanne's Bio...

Outer Aisle Gourmet makes cauliflower pizza crusts and cauliflower sandwich thins for retail stores and foodservice. Our products are naturally gluten free, low-carb, non-GMO, Paleo friendly and are low glycemic load, the only product of this kind on retail shelves. Jeanne started the business three years ago to be part of the solution to the country's obesity and diabetes crises and to improve the health of her own family.

January 2018 Update

Nearly four years ago Jeanne David and her husband decided that they needed to eat healthier and consume more vegetables instead of bread and pizza. The result was Outer Aisle Gourmet, a company that makes pizza crusts and sandwich thins out of cauliflower and contain no flour. The path wasn’t exactly easy because it required building their manufacturing facility and educating the consumer about an entirely new category of food. Now OAG’s Cauliflower Sandwich Thins/Tortillas and Pizza Crusts are in Whole Foods and other stores around the country. They are also being used in schools and food services because they not only taste good, they are made of 62% fresh cauliflower.
