Erika's Bio...

A Santa Barbara native, Erika Martín del Campo, is a dance studio owner and a Workers' Compensation attorney. She currently manages her firm’s office during the day and tends to the dance studio nights and weekends. She teaches classes and coaches her studio's performance teams, alongside her partner, Marco.

Erika graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish. In 2010, Erika won the title of Old Spanish Days' Spirit of Fiesta. She is an active participant of Old Spanish Days' celebration through her dance studio.

in 2017, Erika graduated from the Santa Barbara College of Law. While there, she founded the Latino Law Students Association, and volunteered with multiple student organizations. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Latina Professional Alliance and Chairs the Marketing and Communications Committee.
